The Floo Network is a hearth store and chimney sweep company located at 114 Western Maryland Parkway in Hagerstown behind Valentine Electric. Our brands include Kuma which we are the only dealer for in the state of Maryland, Valor, Regency, Ventis, Osburn, Valcourt and many more. We carry wood, electric, gas and pellet hearth appliances.
We service all hearth appliances and we only send out certified chimney technicians to do our servicing. We are certified with the CSIA (Chimney Sweep Institute of America) and NFI (National Fireplace Institute) and are part of the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and NCSG (National Chimney Sweep Guild). During our first visit, we perform a comprehensive inspection to determine the current state of the system and provide you with that information in an inspection report with pictures. After we have that information, we can provide estimates to bring the system up to the minimum safety standards for using the system or set homeowners up for a yearly service if everything is up to the safety standards.
