We value and appreciate our responsible burning home hearth operators. Keeping up with all of the duties associated with operating your system safely and efficiently is a side job by itself. So let your friendly Floo Network Certified Chimney Professionals take care of servicing your appliance and chimney. Please remember to have your chimney swept at least once for every cord you burn. Remember a cord is equivalent to 4 feet x 4 feet x 8 feet or 128 cubic ft. A surface level inspection will be performed to make sure burning habits are not producing issues and no deficiencies have presented themselves in the system. * Please make sure to have any warranty paperwork is present during the service. We want your warranty to stay valid and must fill out your warranty cards! This service will include pictures. ***DOES NOT INCLUDE VIDEO INSPECTION*** *Should deficiencies be found, a comprehensive inspection of the system using the video inspection and checking all portions of the system will be necessary. This will most likely negate the ability for a sweep to be performed during this service. In these occurrences, the charge will be $249 for the inspection and an extra $70 for a basic sweep to remove soot. Glazed,3rd degree or migrated creosote observed will require an estimate to address the creosote before the systems integrity can be determined.
